The plaintiff, Jean Petrucelli, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion to dismiss filed by the defendant, Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Company. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court erred in (1) finding that the arbitration panel issued a timely award under General Statutes § 52-416 and (2) concluding that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the plaintiff's application to vacate the arbitration award...
