The plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) failed to hold the defendant accountable for his discovery misconduct, (2) refused to admit evidence of the defendant's dissipation of marital assets prior to their separation and (3) modified the property award postjudgment by ordering the sale of the former marital residence...
