These consolidated appeals arise from the judgments of the trial court denying the petitions for a writ of error coram nobis filed by the self-represented petitioner, Anthony Carter. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the trial court erred by denying his petitions for a writ of error coram nobis (1) in the absence of a written "objection" from the respondent, the state of Connecticut, and (2) by applying a three year limitation period.
