The proposed intervenors, Jerrold M. Metcoff and David B. Wilson, appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion to intervene in the underlying civil action between the plaintiff, G Power Investments, LLC, and the defendants, GTherm, Inc. (GTherm), Michael Parrella and Pardev, LLC (Pardev), and from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendants' motion for judgment based on a stipulation agreed to by the plaintiff and the defendants.
