The defendant, New Canaan Alarm Company, Inc., appeals from the trial court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Alarmax Distributors, Inc., on its breach of contract claim. On appeal, the defendant claims the trial court improperly (1) determined that the plaintiff's claim was not barred by the four year statute of limitations in General Statutes § 42a-2-725 and (2) awarded finance charges.
