Approximately fifteen years ago, the plaintiff, Lost Trail, LLC (Lost Trail), purchased two adjacent parcels of land in the town of Weston (town). Lost Trail's apparent intention was to divide the aggregated land into four lots suitable for building under the town's zoning regulations.
