The plaintiff, Jose Trujillo, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered in favor of the defendant state of Connecticut.1 In this personal injury action, the plaintiff claims that the court abused its discretion by admitting into evidence the fact that the plaintiff had been compensated for lost wages in violation of the collateral source rule.
