The plaintiff, Worth Construction Company, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendant, the state department of public works. The plaintiff contends that the court erroneously found that the defendant did not waive its claim to liquidated damages. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
