The defendant Jean Seymour1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, BHP Land Services, LLC. The defendant claims that the court improperly found that the plaintiff could recover on theories of unjust enrichment and quantum meruit. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
