The plaintiff, Construction Ken-nection, Inc.,1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court concluding that the mechanic's lien it filed in connection with a residential construction project for the defendants Dianne Cipriano and Joseph Cipriano (collectively, Ciprianos) was invalid and, accordingly, dismissing the plaintiff's action to foreclose its mechanic's lien, which the plaintiff claims is prior in right to the construction...
