The plaintiff, Vernon J. Leftridge, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the trial court modifying his child support obligation from $50 per week to $150 per week. On appeal, the plaintiff argues, inter alia, that he was not served with a copy of the motion to modify, and, therefore, the order modifying his obligation was entered in violation of his due process rights.
