In this arbitration case, the plaintiff, the town of North Branford, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying its application to vacate an arbitration award entered by an arbitration panel (panel) in favor of the defendant union, AFSCME, Local 1303-18, Council 4 (union), which filed a grievance on behalf of the defendant town employee, Daniel Pond. The award overturned, for lack of just cause under the parties' collective bargaining agreement...
