The petitioner, Robert E. Mish, appeals from the judgments of the habeas court denying his amended petitions for a writ of habeas corpus.1 The petitioner claims that the court improperly dismissed counts one and two of his first petition on the ground of procedural default. We affirm the judgments of the habeas court.
