The defendant Avi Mistriel1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Elizabeth Hardie, finding that the defendant had trespassed on the plaintiff's land and awarding damages. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court erred in its award of damages. We reverse, in part, the judgment of the trial court.
