The plaintiff, Brenda Ungerland, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her complaint against the defendants, Morgan Stanley & Company, Inc. (Morgan Stanley), and Sharon Kells, an agent of Morgan Stanley. The plaintiff alleges that the court improperly determined that her claims amounted to a collateral attack on an arbitration award and erroneously decided as a result that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to consider them.
