The plaintiff, Richard Barry, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant, the board of education of the city of New Britain, on the plaintiff's claims of breach of the parties' settlement agreement and breach of the parties' employment contract. On appeal, the plaintiff argues that the court improperly determined that he was collaterally estopped from bringing these claims.
