GRUENDEL, J.

The plaintiff union, IAFF Local 834, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying its application to vacate an arbitration award. The plaintiff claims that the court improperly concluded that the award of the arbitration panel was final and definite as to the parties. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
