The plaintiff, Twin Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendant Rodvald E. Jones1 on his negligence counterclaim. The plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) concluded that the plaintiff was negligent and (2) calculated the amount of damages. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
