The defendant, Sharon Patterson, appeals from the judgment of conviction, following a trial to the court, of one count of criminally negligent homicide in violation of General Statutes § 53a-58, two counts of risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes § 53-21 and two counts of cruelty to persons in violation of General Statutes § 53-20.
