The petitioner, Eric Ham, appeals1 from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner claims that the habeas court improperly denied his petition for failure to establish that he was entitled to relief, regardless of his subsequent conviction and sentencing pursuant to a fair trial, where he had argued that his counsel's mistaken advice during the plea bargaining process...
