The plaintiff, John McDonough, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant United Services Automobile Association.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly concluded that he was not entitled to coverage under the uninsured/underinsured motorist section of his insurance policy issued by the defendant. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
