PER CURIAM.
The plaintiffs, Steven J. Selby and Jackie M. Selby, appeal from the judgment of the trial court denying their motion to recover arbitration fees. The sole issue raised in this appeal is whether the trial court has jurisdiction to order a nonparty, court-appointed arbitrator to return fees that the plaintiffs had paid to him. We conclude that it does not and, accordingly, affirm the judgment of the trial court.
