The pro se plaintiff, Sylvester Traylor,1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, the state of Connecticut Superior Court (state), Bassam Awwa and Connecticut Behavioral Health Associates, P.C., dismissing his mandamus action.
