The plaintiff, Brennan Associates, the lessor of certain commercial premises, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendants, OBGYN Specialty Group, P.C. (OBGYN), the original lessee of the plaintiff's property, and Physicians for Women's Health, LLC (Physicians), the assignee of OBGYN's lease, in the plaintiff's action arising out of the defendants' failure to pay rent and other charges allegedly due under the lease.
