Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Decided January 4, 2011.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Frank P. Cannatelli , for the appellant (defendant).

Lisa A. Riggione , senior assistant state's attorney, with whom, on the brief, were David I. Cohen , state's attorney, and Mitchell Rubin , senior assistant state's attorney, for the appellee (state).

BISHOP, BEACH and FLYNN, Js.

BEACH, J.

The defendant, Scott Crosby, appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and sentencing him to eight months incarceration.
