In this action arising out of a motor vehicle accident, the defendant American Car & Truck Rental, Inc.,1 appeals from the trial court's judgment rendered against it, following a hearing in damages, in the amount of $325,000 plus taxable costs. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly denied its motion to open the judgment.2 We agree with the defendant
