This appeal arises from the denial by the planning and zoning commission of the town of North Haven (commission), of an application by the plaintiff, CMB Capital Appreciation, LLC, for site plan approval of an affordable housing development. The plaintiff appealed from the commission's decision to the trial court, pursuant to General Statutes § 8-30g. The court rendered judgment reversing the commission's decision...
