The plaintiff, 418 Meadow Street Associates, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendants, Clean Air Partners, LLC, and Clean Air Group, Inc.1 On appeal, the plaintiff argues that the court improperly found that it lacked standing to maintain this action under the plaintiff's operating agreement2 and General Statutes § 34-187.3
