The plaintiff, Francis A. Miniter, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion to dismiss filed by the defendant, the statewide grievance committee (committee). The plaintiff argues that the court improperly granted the committee's motion to dismiss his appeal from an order of presentment for lack of a final judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
