The plaintiff, Morris Silverstein, appearing pro se, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his petition for a writ of mandamus to compel the defendant, the Honorable Elaine N. Camposeo, judge of the Probate Court for the district of Andover, to allow him to bring an appeal.
