PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Robert Jutras, appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the charge of criminal possession of a pistol in violation of General Statutes § 53a-217c(a)(1). We conclude that the court's denial of the defendant's motion is not a final judgment and dismiss his interlocutory appeal.
