The defendant, the city of Waterbury, appeals, and the plaintiffs, Delores G. Sinotte and Brian G. Sinotte, cross appeal from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs, finding that the defendant had created a permanent private nuisance by way of its maintenance of a sewer line connected to the plaintiffs' home.
