The respondent father appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his motion for contempt against the petitioner, the commissioner of children and families, and transferring the care, custody and guardianship of his minor child, Marcus, to the child's paternal grandparents. On appeal, the respondent claims that the court improperly denied his motion for contempt. He also claims that the court improperly approved the permanency plan of the petitioner...
