120 Conn.App. 537

In re KELSEY M. et al.

Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Decided April 20, 2010.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Kathryn Steadman, for the appellant (respondent mother).

Susan T. Pearlman, assistant attorney general, with whom, on the brief, was Richard Blumenthal, attorney general, for the appellee (petitioner).

Michael Fryar, for the minor children.

HARPER, ROBINSON and PELLEGRINO, Js.

We disagree and, accordingly, affirm the judgments of the trial court.
