The petitioner, Willie Young, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly found that (1) his trial counsel was not ineffective in failing to reassert a Batson1 claim during jury selection and (2) that his appellate counsel was not ineffective in failing to file a motion for articulation of the trial court's reasoning...
