This appeal arises out of an action brought by the plaintiffs, Pina Fiorelli and her husband, Rocco Fiorelli, to recover damages for injuries sustained by Pina Fiorelli as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on premises owned by the defendants, Arnold H.
