ROBINSON, J.

The defendant, Cristina DuQuette, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Matthew Coster, following a trial to the court. On appeal the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) found that she had converted the plaintiff's final examination paper, (2) found that the plaintiff had not converted her final examination paper and (3) awarded the plaintiff punitive damages in the form of attorney's fees.
