PETERS, J.

The principal issue in this personal injury action is the relationship between a jury's finding, in response to interrogatories, that the named defendant was not negligent and the plaintiff's claims that the jury had been misinstructed on proximate causation and on duty of care. The plaintiff has appealed from the trial court's denial of his motion to set aside the jury verdict in favor of the named defendant. We affirm the judgment of the court.
