The plaintiff, Charles J. Baranowski, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendant Sundel & Milford, Inc.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) declined to instruct the jury that expert testimony was not required to apply the law and (2) granted the defendant's motion to preclude the testimony
