The defendant, Steve D. Nelson, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of kidnapping in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-92(a)(2)(A), kidnapping in the first degree in violation of § 53a-92(a)(2)(B), assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-59(a)(1), burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 2005)
