The plaintiff, Yale University, appeals from the denial of its motion to open and set aside a stipulated judgment. Specifically, it claims that the trial court improperly concluded that the plaintiff's attorney possessed apparent authority to enter into a settlement agreement and to bind the plaintiff to the terms of that agreement.
