The defendant, A & A Ventures, LLC, appeals from the judgment, rendered after a court trial, in favor of the plaintiff, Kenneth R. Jay. The defendant challenges as clearly erroneous the trial court's findings that (1) an agreement to refund certain escrowed moneys existed between the parties, (2) the defendant was unjustly enriched at the plaintiff's expense and (3) the defendant was unjustly enriched in the amount of $38,400.
