The plaintiff, Double G.G. Leasing, LLC, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant, Underwriters at Lloyd's, London. The plaintiff's two count complaint alleged breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
