GRUENDEL, J.

The petitioner, Omar J. Miller, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He contends that the court improperly concluded that he failed to prove his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. The petitioner further alleges a due process violation. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
