BEACH, J.

In this action claiming retaliation by her employer, the plaintiff, Kathleen Sophia, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after it denied her motion in arrest of judgment or to set aside the verdict in favor of the defendant city of Danbury.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly instructed the jury by including elements of constructive discharge within the retaliation claim.
