The defendants, Kenneth Tassmer and Richard Perillo, appeal from the decision of the trial court ordering them to perform in accordance with a settlement agreement (agreement) with the plaintiffs, Ronald Vance and Carol Vance. The defendants contend that the agreement is not enforceable because (1) it is ambiguous, (2) it is contingent and (3) they were under duress at the time that they executed the agreement...
