The defendant, David A. Fernandes, Jr., appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count of assault in the second degree as an accessory in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-60(a)(1). The sole issue on appeal is whether the transfer of the defendant's case from the docket for juvenile matters to the regular criminal docket of the Superior Court followed the requirements of the juvenile transfer statute...
