The defendant, Timothy Popeleski, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count each of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of General Statutes § 14-227a(a)(1), reckless driving in violation of General Statutes § 14-222(a), and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes § 14-224(b).1...
