The respondent mother1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court terminating her parental rights with respect to her minor daughter, Lyric. On appeal, the respondent claims that Lyric was entitled, under the state and federal constitutions, to conflict free legal representation in the termination proceedings and that she was deprived of that right.
