The defendant1 Louis A. Lestorti, Jr., appeals from the judgment the trial court rendered following its granting of the motion of the plaintiff, James C. Lestorti, to strike the defendant's counterclaim for equitable contribution. The defendant claims that the court improperly granted the plaintiff's motion to strike. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
